Friend got falsely banned for 6 months under error code val-5
Mentioned something about somebody playing on his device and violating some sort of team play related rule. He received error code val 5 and is banned for 6 months. He never let anyone else on his PC and never even uses all chat and rarely uses team chat and when he does it is to communicate game related things. He is able to play on other accounts just fine but not the account that got banned so it isnt hardware or ip related

Unfortunately it can take up to serval days to get a response from the support team at Valorant

Account was logged in elsewhere.
Someone might have tried to log into his riot account from an unauthorized IP
Ask him to go and enable 2fa
If he is unable to log in, gl

means he played with a cheater
