I've been banned reason "Easy Anti Cheat" but i haven't played this game since last year.
I don't really understand how and why I was banned, banning period being 5 years. I have less than 24 hours played.
Can someone help me with this?

I've already opened a Ban appeal form. But i dont understand how and if I will even receive any kind of response. I like the game, I play it with friends and i dont want to end up losing the money used to buy the game.
