were you seeing 500 errors when you tried to write messages to the queue? by any chance, do you still have the queue running and can you tell me if the issue still persists?
If you know what time you saw the errors that would be helpful; I haven't been able to find any errors in our logs for your queue
The queue appears to be working fine after deleting the worker then re-deploying it
the only time i have is the time i sent my first message. A few minutes before that (and maybe after, i tried a few times) would have been when the issue was happening
6:32 pm was when I made the commit, so between then and my message (6:38 pm) would probably be the timeframe to look at
(these times are in CDT – UTC-5)
I haven't been able to track down the issue on our side, but let me know if it recurs. Occasional errors are expected (Queues, and any other external service, can't be 100% reliable), but if you're consistently seeing 500s then it might be a sign that there's a bug on our side
i was consistantly unable to deploy my worker for several minutes, i would assume that would be something on your guys side. Next time if im able i wont re-deploy so i can reproduce
