do you have any datapacks or command blocks
datapacks yes
they are causing pretty much all of your lag
consider removing them (and finding mod alternatives if you really need it)
any way to find which ones are cauing it?
not in 1.16.5 no.
you can either just... take one out one by one and see how your performance changes
or just remove them altogether
