ok i typed msinfo32 and it sent me to a whtie screen
it says BIOS MODE is UEFI
and Secure Boot State is Off

and that i can clear the TPM to remove ownership

Enter bios. Restart your pc and press delete or f2 when the asus logo appears to get into bios. Or hold shift while clicking restart button for Advanced Startup. Then select Troubleshoot. Click Advanced options. Select UEFI Firmware Settings. Click Restart to reboot into BIOS. Then use your phone to screenshot
