Uninstall Mistake

Hello i was trying to reinstall valorant when i made this very bad mistake i thought that deleting the riot folder before deleting valorant would work since it kept saying that i couldnt uninstall valorant since riot was running now everytime i try to uninstall valorant this pops up i have tried recovering it from the recycling bin but now it wont work properly
