Fabric Server 1.21 occasionally gets low TPS or will crash

Question I am using Pebblehost PREMIUM, 6GB with around ten players at the most. (usually four or five) Occasionally the TPS will drop to like 11-12 for a solid couple minutes. I'm not sure if it's the datapacks or maybe one of the performance mods having trouble. But the list of my datapacks and mods are there. I also don't think the crash and low TPS are related, but they definitely both need fixing. But some things to note are that the CPU on the server seemed very high (200%) at the times of struggle, while the RAM was perfectly fine and did not reach its maximum. (pasted from reddit)

You are lagging because of datapacks. Datapacks are very poorly optimised You should find mod alternatives where possible, or remove them entirely

I think I may have found the datapack. Could it be that this one datapack that updates mob sizes using a macro or something is lagging my server? My best explanation would be that there are so many entities being spawned, and because the way that the datapack updates the size of the mob, it is inefficient and lags the game? Couple this with the fact that I have sometimes five people on and this gets even laggier? It’s called Random Mob Sizes

Possibly either do !binary

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed. If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed. Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin. Congratulations, you found the culprit.

or just remove datapacks entirely or find mod alternatives

not to revive a dead chat thats been resolved, but i found the main culprit. while the datapack editing the size of animals may have contributed, the actual #1 problem was a wolf teleportation datapack that is supposed to have “better teleporting” for pets. the zip was named “better taming”
