Everyone is muted and I can't talk
Been like this for a few weeks, when I join a game, everyone has the voice chat muted, and I can't hear or speak at all.
It works after a few minutes, only for it to be disabled again. I also can't change the volume for any of my teammates as well.
I tried repair, reinstall, and also new mic settings to no avail.

Im not com banned, I said It works for a few moments, then everyone gets muted again.
it happens to me when i connected to bad network
when i had my own network ping secured at 20-30ms never happened to me now that i have bad wifi connection its around 80-100 and i have lag spikes so sometimes people gets muted and cant talk
I have been playing with 50-70 ping all my life, and it never happened
Check your voice settings input and output
I also did meddle with that, still doesn't work
