This is a list of hacks my anti-cheat blocks. Please read it before participating to prevent redundancy and tell me what other hacks I should block and why.

servers should not have exploits by default
yeah but they do. and most exploits require java code to fix
so why not add it to an anticheat? just would make it more feature rich

Because you’re really talking about a community patch, not an anticheat.
AC specifically targets cheaters, not random exploits. They can work in tandem though.
90% of the checks you listed are easily bypassed
ELYTRA CHECKING: Spartan does not check players wearing/gliding with an elytra. This means that once a player has equipped an elytra, they may use this as an unfair advantage against other players in combination with their client, and staff intervention will be required.Maybe add elytra checks?

i logged on a completely vanilla client and was running and jumping and its flagging me for velocity?
also saw a false flag for nofall with ladders repeatedly
also theres no entities
i dont think it'll detect it though at least not atm
Tbh what would be kinda cool is if Spartan had a separate program to try replicating how players should be moving in a deterministic way.
Kinda just more capable vanilla simulations.
Unsure how viable that’d be because of network latency and what have you.

but how is spartan going to flag vanilla players if they properly predict movement?
Cheats ultimately do one thing and it’s improve efficiency. Nobody cheats to get worse.
With that knowledge you can actually make guesses if people are cheating based on their behaviour. Are you beelining to people through walls? Probably wallhacks.
A good tool in that methodology is being able to confirm people are behaving like a vanilla client should. The other half is working out if they’re acting suspect.

Prediction is, if done correctly impossible to bypass mathematically
If a cheater is "emulating vanilla movement" then they aren't cheating at all
For example, the prediction engine knows all possible movements and cannot be bypassed- Grim The whole point of prediction is to detect ANY movement abnormality Grim doesn't have 50 trillion checks for every single movement thing It has a single check, Simulation which catches it all Oh wait you were joking.... Shit XD Took me 5 minutes to figure that out

BackTrack is used instead of Reach by cheaters, as it abuses lag compensation of reach checks to gain an advantage. The cheater basically hits the enemy at a past position. Somesort of heuristic might work. The only anticheat i know of which detects atleast higher BackTracks is Polar. https://docs.slinky.gg/modules/combat/backtrack/

@Evangelos NoWeb, you can walk right through webs without being slowed down. 0 alerts 0 setbacks on testserver
You can also walk on air with AirJump set to GhostBlock (kicks for speed after going 10 blocks horizontal/vertical, still it should be 0 blocks not 10)
Flags for groundspoof exploit sometimes
Sprint jumping flags velocity sometimes
Headhitting under a tree flags speed
You can also jump as high as you want on slimes
Are there any entitys to test backtrack on?
You can also use NoSlow with Bows
And you can use like 1.2 timer After rejoining kicks for Speed
You can also run faster on ice

Yeah, i hoped Spartan had improved a bit, but besides better Ground/Air Speed detections not much has improved. (Couldn't test combat tho (no entities/players on test server))

^ you should probably work on improving your current checks that many people have complained about being easily bypassed before adding new checks

You could still limit it when only being on ground. That would require you to actually jump and do it legit.

This response is precisely why a lot of people in this discord strongly recommend against using this anticheat
"Your concerns are just overreactions" really isn't a take to be having for an anticheat that has bypasses.
It's kinda... y'know, a pillar software for any long term prod server.
Anticheat kinda does keep the entire community stable so it has to work reliably, not be dismissed with handwavium BS.

Will add noWeb, I think it would be a lame excuse to not do so. NoSlow concerns me about its stability because any amount of latency involved will set it off falsely eventually.

Is the Speed check bugged? It sometimes doesnt work. Step e.g. doesn't work but only after rejoining. So Step Bypass is invalid.

My Aura with GCD Fix disabled doesnt flag. Also Instant Rotations and Ultra Smooth Rotations aswell as Center Lock On AimBot work fine with no flags (tested on player)

Well yes, but i only see the 1 player(s) is using a hack module message. And not alerts in general. So i can't see what module exactly flags for what
