valo isnt a very demanding game so mid-low end components are fine
dont go TOO low
I was able to get a test rig running val at 60FPS using an i5-5600k and a 1030 so literally anything you buy should be good enough for that pricepoint
Just make sure if you buy 3rd party that you buy from a reputable source, specifically with GPUs people have been known to mine crypto on them, destroy the thermal pads, and then resell them or just lie about their condition in general

gpu definitely is ok (valorant is primarily a CPU game) but the i3 is a tough one
