BEST RECORDING SOFTWARE?
What is the best software you guys have used for recording gameplay etcetera? I’m talking about performance wise, Input delay, FPS.

i use geforce experience its pretty good
If its primary purpose is just clipping kills and some funny moments, medal is the way to go. It'll record in full definition and allows you to clip and edit your clip within itself. If you're trying to do a more professional type of recording, there's no substitute for good old OBS. OBS will do anything you tell it to so long as its properly configured (lots of videos online for this, probably also for your exact setup). With OBS I usually only run around 6-8% CPU utilization under heavy load unless I'm recording a 2k render which can bring it up to ~15-20%. Neither of these programs seem to have a big effect on FPS so long as you have a decent rig
Yeh tbf, I've tried medal and geforce etc. I always feel like i feel the input delay. but maybe its just in my head. Also read multiple times medal is one the heavier programs. But might try obs, thanks
Medal's a pain in the butt to get working sometimes and can definitely be taxxing but if you have a newer setup its usually fine; I'd definitely try out OBS, it tends to be what I go back to any time I have an issue with software
