I want to change region
So I already have an EUW account and now I want to create a Singapore one because of lower pings(in EUW I get around 150 in one server and the rest are like 300+). Before when I used to play LoL it was easy to change now I don't know how to do it

You have to contact riot support to ask for a region change but they ask for certain details and information to prove you are in a location that is not correctly related to your account

(I.e. if you lived in EU and moved to APAC, they'd ask for certain proof that you are now in APAC)
No but I want to create a new one
And I was never in Europe or APAC
If you're not in a certain region then you cannot create an account in that region
It's just that I am closer there
Before I used to create NA accounts etc it's not the same now ?
No, creating accounts in a region that isn't your own is against Riot TOS

If anything you should contact support and explain the situation and see if they can internally alter your region to better reflect your pings
But I just created an account and it didn't ask me for the region it just put me on europe
(Riot doesn't need to know what u did btw)
For the NA you talking about right ?
If u wanna make an APAC account
Because it automatically chooses your region through your IP

U shouldn't be getting that much ping in eu servers if u r from eu

They will prob change ur region to apac
Tbh I'm not that sure if ever SG will have better pings or not
But in EU dubai I get lower ping
Only 1 server I get a correct ping
