Check your default browser
Make sure you close most tabs
Check your Internet

i had that issue before, all you need to do is update your pc. worked for me
1Make your roblox windows smaller (most efficient but it will hard to play)
2Lower your graphic
3Turn in fast mode i don't even know if it work
4Use bloxtrap (search it on YouTube)
