ik if you reset pc it fixes but I just got pc and am NOT downloading 400gb of games again

Yeah true resetting pc every once in a while isnt a fix for it. but jeew 2 days for 400 gigs is a lot

It may be a setting within your root client
yeah it just quit doing it, it only did it the first few times I opened valorant, this is a new pc btw so idk
actually there is a way if u delete Delete the c:/Riot Games/Riot Client/vcruntime140.dll folder
