how to fix crashes

everytime i try to load into a game it crashes in the loading screen and says: “graphics driver crashed”. my drivers are all up to date. on one occasion it gave me a different message which can be seen in the image linked. i am able to load into the range but not any multiplayer matches. can someone help?
