replacing metal shank buttons

Hey guys. The branded buttons on my denim pullover feel a bit cartoonish to me and I’d love to get some plain donut ones for it or something.

Does anyone have a sense of where to find those kinds of buttons and how easy these would be to change out?

edit: its actually not as hard as I thought. many replacements also do not require you to rivet them (although I cannot speak for their longevity compared to a rivet)
