Set a Hostname
Is it possible to set a hostname to an instance (pod) so that I can use DNS entries on Cloudflare to access my Pod?

You can't do that, you don't get a dedicated public IP, they are shared
Use the RunPod proxy URL to access your pod, otherwise look at using something like cloudflared, not sure whether it supports custom DNS
