Give me my RR back that i earned

i was in a game that turned into my team having 2 players while there had 5, they then won 7 rounds to take the game to 10-2, then they lost 4 teamates so turned into a 2v1 and we was on a comeback then all three of us crashed, i logged back on to see i had lost the game and had lost RR that i had worked for to get ranked up and now i have a afk penalty on my account which i am not happy about, this is a disgrace and should get some compensation or atleast i should be gifted my rr back and my afk penality removed
