okok just a min i will send u the soln tmrw over here find the time constant it will come 3RC/2, and then put in the charging formula, the exponential function is 1-e ^ -t/time constant so it will be -2t/3RC so N will be 3 try it, if u dont get it ill send the soln

The resistance which the capacitor sees by thevenins equivalent is 3R/2. The voltage equivalent is V. Time constant is = C*Req So N = 3
