your account does not meet the following requirements in order to play tpm 2.0 enabled

i recently just recovered my friends hacked account and it seemed the friend list was full of japanese people (im from the ph) so when i tried to login in the account it said i was restricted and i need to do the following only problem is i dont have tpm 2.0 supported i only have 1.2 but when i try to login in my main account it doesnt give me the restriction why is that? and how do i fix it
