Hi! I asking because I’m in Korea right now but I was in LA before this. I asked support to switch my regions to shards like Hong Kong or Tokyo close to me, to APAC. They keep giving me generic answer like you’re in Korea we can’t do it. We can’t switch your account to Korea. Like they’re not answering my question and giving generic answers. I move back and forth around the world and last time, my account was switched to the APAC Hong Kong shard from NA even when I was in Korea. And now, they said they can’t. I asked them that I did not know because I switched it before so I told them I would not have switched it if I knew. But they keep giving me generic answers and takes forever to reply. I’m getting really frustrated

They are right, you could have known this before changing the region. Switching to Korea is not possible, also you cant change your region multiple times
I did change it multiple times we just had to respect the 90 day period
And I’m asking for a switch to any of the other APAc regions like Hong Kong becuase I knew Korea has a different server
And they did it for me before
