to close the thread when your doubt is solved. Mention the users who helped you solve the doubt. This will be added to their stats.isnt the t calculated wrong too ? it should be x^2/4 no ?
t has been calculated from first eqn, x=4t. also as per solution, general premise is to square the x=4t equation, and eliminate the "t^2" paramater to get a relation in the x and y coordinates of the particle.
To calculate equation of trajectory remove the parameter and then write y as a function of x. Slope is dy/dx calculate trajectory then apply it @Deleted User
