transferring files to game panels, there is something faster than SFTP
Hi, I have a game panel, pterodactyl to be precise.
Is there any faster method to transfer large quantities of files than using SFTP, because to simply transfer 50 plugins it takes me 6/7 hours... I get around 30mb/s connection.

multiple smaller files will be slower
File transfer speed is very low. WinSCP does not utilize all availa...
WinSCP is a free file manager for Windows supporting FTP, SFTP, S3 and WebDAV.
Now I'll take a look at your link, so in simple terms if instead of transferring the plugins folder, I enter the folder and copy all the plugins, will it take me less? did I get it right?
no
you make the entire folder/its contents a zip file/or a tar.gz archive
ah ok, create a folder in .zip format, and then I decompress it on the server?
yes
ok, i'll try
many thanks!
Ok, from the predictions made by WinSCP it seems to have reduced the speed quite a bit even though it still takes 30/45 minutes.
I just wanted to know if these times can be further reduced, otherwise I'll be satisfied.
it's still a fantastic improvement, thank you very much!
did you see the link i sent
For me, since I don't know anything about it, it's complicated to understand, but I should have learned something, even if I don't know how to adjust the CPU power
