Yaha a+b+c=1 bhi to banra hai. Ans a given hai or ans mera aa bhi raha hai bs ye doubt hai ki isme option b kyu nhi ho skta

At x=1- derivative is 1 while at 1+ it is (2a+b)
Further f(1+)=f(1-) so a+b+c=1.
Use this info. to solve.
I hve already solved this but my doubt is why cant a,b,c be 3 diff numbers with a+b+c=1?
You only have 2 constraints. It is not possible to find the values of a,b and C.
If the doubt is ki b kyun nahi ho sakta, isko aise picture karo: Continous and derivable line+parabola ka Graph socho, aur ab 1 pe parabola ko upar shift karo
