Fly permission for VIP's
I want to make a system where a certain rank can usse /fly when outside of combat. I know how to make it but i'm not sure how to disable flight in combat

The answer can depend on some variables, but if you’re using specific regions for pvp worldguard can handle this. If pvp is global you might need a combat manager like deluxecombat or similar. Some plugins that handle the /fly command will also have a setting to disable it in combat, so check the configs for that as well.
