Name servers modification request
Hello everyone our name servers are changed and our website is down can i have help to update those?

but the gandi admin is unreachable we need to get back the same names servers
If you aren't able to access Gandi's dashboard and can't contact their support then I do not think there is anything you can do
if cloudflare do a rollback to the server's name it will be ok
we need elsa.ns.cloudflare.com and ivan.ns.cloudflare.com
Your nameservers are controlled at your registrar, if your registrar is Gandi only they can change them
If you're saying something happened to that you had to readd your zone in CF/your nameservers changed in CF but are still set to those on Gandi, CF can't/won't change them or anything. You have account preferred but if they are already set when you try to add the domain it will automatically pick two new ones to prevent the same sort of hijacking you are trying to do
