Cuz, see 100 and 100 (net :-200)are in series and 400 and 200 are in series too(net 600) , which are parallel with 100 ohm in the middle.. So net resistance is 60 ohm and current 1/6 A. So the P. D across 400 ohm resistor becomes 200/3
Ans is 20/3
