For new CF for SaaS setups it's just automatic.
For Legacy partners like shopify it used to be either Enterprise or contact the community: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/status-of-shopify-o2o-for-non-enterprise-cloudflare-users/382415/10
Someone mentioned before for legacy partners it may be on by default now, just by enabling proxy on the record. You'd have to try and see, otherwise reaching out to the email mentioned in that thread
yep, I cocntaced that person and got it enabled.
