It's a visual bug they are flashed you just don't see it
Notice how the bot don't shoot you at the end even tho you be standing in front of him
It's either because that pop flash was nerfed a while ago making that flash (right click) last shorter and thus the bot being unflashed too quickly for you too see it or it's visual
