Cloudfare Account Access | Changing name servers
Hello. Hope y'all are well. I have a website hosted on cloudfare. I am currently helping my dad organize his websites. He hired a company to build his websites, and they only gave him access to his bluehost account which shows his domain as an external domain. When I checked through whois lookup, it shows that domain registrar is domain.com, and dns shows that the website is on cloudfare. I have been trying to reach the company that built the website but no luck so far. What can I do, in order to get my website on another cloudfare account or get access to the current cloudfare account? the email address on cloudfare is not my dad's, and I dont have access to the domain registrar either. Thanks in advance.

What can I do, in order to get my website on another cloudfare accountThis stuff would only be possible, if you have access to the current domain registrar, that the domain name has been registered through.
or get access to the current cloudfare account? As I mentioned on https://community.cloudflare.com/t/how-do-i-regain-access-to-an-old-cloudflare-account-to-create-redirect/469059/2?u=darkdevil, the account could very well be the previous developer's own account. It would be quite a disaster security wise, if e.g. Cloudflare let you access my personal account, even if my personal account held your website. So that part is impossible.
and I dont have access to the domain registrar either. This one sounds to quite much eliminate any of your options. If you can somehow find and restore access, to the
domain.com
account that it sounds like your domain would belong in, you can follow the options from the link above, to move the domain to another Cloudflare account, by changing the name servers there.
