What do y'all use for frontend with spring?
Which framework/stuff do you use? i wanted to use nextjs but people told me its overkill because its already a fullstack framework

Everybody use different frameworks or libraries. Some use Thymeleaf, some use Angular, some React.js, some Vue.js, some Svelte. I use React.js. And yes if you would choose Next.js then you wouldn't need Spring.
ive already worked with nextjs and its just because i liekd it
but people do actualyl use spring + react?
Beside the web you can use spring with awt/swing. its also a frontend.
Yes, you don't need the Next.js part in that case. Although it's doable if for some reason you want have SSR.
