I have made several tickets in the valorant support because my account is banned but I don't get any feedback and the status of the ticket is solved? Can anyone help me why this is the case?🙏

After they confirm why you were banned, they'll either explain it and try to figure it out if there was an error, or just close the ticket if it's legit.
They don’t confirm I get the message from the bot that I get a response In 3 days or so but after 3 days or after 2 days the ticket status says solved
And I don’t know what to do I didn’t play 2 years almost ig and im randomly banned and don’t get unbanned
