so these days valorant has been freezing a lot like when i make a sudden mouvement or when alt tab out to discord or in agent select n when it freezes i cant get out of the game i can still hear my friends on discord n i can still hear the music in background but i cant do anything everytime it happens i have to unplug my power cord n its very annoying im afraid it might damage my hardware

Based of what you gave me, I am assuming you are using Intel Integrated Graphics since go graphics card was mentioned. Therefore I do not think you meet/barely meet the minimum requirements to play the game.
Remember: always know that most freezing/flickering/black screens are most likely caused by graphics cards. The fix is to update if that doesn’t work, use google YouTube or something.
