account theft

I wanted to log in to the game, but I noticed that neither the username nor the password fit, I decided to check the username through the mail and there was no name there, and it also failed to restore the password. After chatting with friends with whom I was playing, it became clear that the account was stolen and both the email and password were changed. Can I somehow restore the account since I have all the evidence that the account belongs to me both the purchase receipts and screenshots from the game.
