black bars
How can I get rid of these black bars at top and bottom? My screen is 2560x1600 and this is the resolution set in my Valorant video settings, and windowed fullscreen. Lenovo legion laptop

You can try the following steps to eliminate the black bars on your screen:
1. Check Aspect Ratio:
- Go to VALORANT's video settings and make sure the aspect ratio is set to "16:10" to match your screen resolution (2560x1600). If an option for "Fill" or "Stretch" is available, give that a try.
2. Adjust Resolution:
- Ensure your in-game resolution matches your screen's native resolution, which is 2560x1600. Sometimes resetting the resolution might help.
3. Use Fullscreen Mode:
- Switch from Windowed Fullscreen to Fullscreen mode. Windowed fullscreen might sometimes cause issues with aspect ratios and scaling.
4. Graphics Control Panel:
- Access your graphics card control panel (NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Radeon Settings):
- For NVIDIA: Go to "Display" > "Adjust Desktop Size and Position". Set the scaling mode to "Full-screen" under the "Scaling" tab.
- For AMD: Go to "Display" > "Scaling Mode" and select "Full Panel".
5. Update GPU Drivers:
- Ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause display issues.
6. Laptop Display Settings:
- Check your laptop's display settings via Windows settings. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Display" and make sure your resolution and scaling are set correctly.
Implement these steps and see if any resolve your issue.
