I need an actual Valorant Supporter, i already submited 3 Tickets online but they get closed everytime, so my friend said i should look if i can get help here. So please help me.

I got Perma Banned in Valo and i already submited 3 Support tickets all closed. And I dont know why. On Saturday i was in Valorant to check my shop didnt play a round but then i wanted to play a game in the afternoon boom Perma Banned. And I dont know why i dont cheat if they would look into my Matchhistory they would see it. I already told them the only Programm that was running in the Backround was my Wacom Center Program what i use for my Tablet to play Osu.
That´s one of the few problems you cant be assisted on discord I´m afraid. Neither will the support tell you what initially got you banned for the use of 3rd party software.
Usually if a ticket is closed without an answer, the case has been checked and verified and the appeal has been denied, unfortunately
