Game runs fine but doesnt load half the time

Ok so hear me out... my game runs greatly with me normally having 15 ping and no lag... but 50% of the time the game does not load once a match is found/after agent select causing me to timeout and get a queue dodge ban :p.. my drivers are fully updated so unless if I should get a different one idk what to do. see attached for what I'm using.
