VP purchasement suceeded but doesn't transact to account.
I recently purchased VP within my Vietnam payment, it's about 2 hours ago but I still didn't receive my VP. On the purchasement website it said purchase suceeded but then the transaction history doesn't show out. I sent a ticket on the support
