7 days to die v1.0 crashing
Hello, I am having an issue where the Linux native version on 7 days to die v1.0 beta is crashing after about 3-4 minutes of gameplay and then I can't get back into the game again. I've had other people test for me on different distros and they said it worked fine, can anyone tell me if they are also having this issue or how to fix it ?

I figured out what's wrong I just don't know how to fix it, fedora 40 needs zlib-ng 2.1.7 or a lot of mono games just won't work, trying to figure out how to update bazzite to this now
you can probably layer it but idk the best practice

having trouble installing these packages to get the game to work
what command did you use?
dnf install
@asen23
sudo dnf install *
first thing is you should rpm-ostree to install anything, but it is kinda last resort (no flatpak, no brew, no distrobox etc)
also i think you need to run replace cause you are changing existing package version
@asen23 error: Non-local replacement overrides not implemented yet
i had this error before on something else which is why i wanted to do it local
ah, i dont think i can help any further then, you probably need to ask the maintainer, wait until it is updated or create your own image then
whats the maintainer ?
if you go to #🎮bazzite some people there have purple bazzite logo beside their name, it means they are bazzite maintainer
maybe try asking there too, though at this time most dev are not really active
