So im trying bazzite on one of my hp laptops but getting sthis cpu#1 stuck and the laptop will either get stuck on boot or when about to restart heres an image https://picallow.com/bug-5/ also to add that if im on desktop that notification keeps popping up. im using desktop version with mx550 card

I haven't see that before, what's the hardware spec of the HP laptop?
does your version have the NVIDIA® GeForce® MX550 card or just integrated graphics? Are you trying to use the deck image or the desktop image?
desktop image also i have mx550 card
Are you able to get into desktop sometimes? and it freezes other times? Are you able to run
rpm-ostree status to see what image you currently running
