To delete Riot Vanguard without using the Control Panel, you can use the Command Prompt:
1. Press
Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type cmd and press Enter to open Command Prompt.
3. In the Command Prompt, type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
4. Now, go to your C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard folder and delete all the files and the folder itself.
