The error code VAN9005 suggests there are configuration issues with Secure Boot, TPM, or Windows settings. Try the following steps:
1. Secure Boot: Ensure Secure Boot is enabled. Before doing this, confirm whether your system uses Legacy BIOS or UEFI mode. Enabling Secure Boot on a system using Legacy BIOS can render Windows unbootable.
2. TPM: Make sure that TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is enabled in your BIOS settings.
3. Windows Version: Verify that you have the latest updates for your Windows operating system.
