Github Integration Unknown Error

Hello, I wanted to use cloudflare pages again today but I seem to have an unknown issue when trying to connect my cloudflare account with github. It gives me the error in the image I provided. I dont know what causes this & I also dont know why that is happening. I tried relogging & removing and readding cloudflare on github but it does not seem to work. Thanks
