Something is wrong with my game only happens in valorant btw
If I like tab out and wait for a while and tab back in it works but idk if it's gonna get worse cuz with every update my game takes longer to load into games and stutters a lot

Is ur game on a hdd?

Move the game to a ssd if u have one

For the graphical issues

I though it would be a driver issue ;-;
U can try reinstalling windows as a whole as it removes the junk stuff u might have
