I’m tired of it

Hey guys, so my laptop keeps lagging like crazy when I play, like 2-5 minutes ago, I was playing death match, and I couldn’t even load in to play before it disconnected, so I closed it and got back on valorant to the menu and before I can even chose what I wanted to do it disconnected again, I did the same thing again and tried playing a swift play and I chose my agent but after that it went to the breach and sage screen and froze so I had to force power it and now i don’t even know what to do and I’m not tryna risk getting penalized
