Error code: VAN-79

I installed Valorant two days ago, and tried to launch it. Each time I tried, I got this error.. I've tried a bunch of stuff to fix it, such as:
Restart VALORANT and the Riot Client
Reinstall Riot Vanguard
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset

and a bunch more, but all to no avail..

Error code VAN-79 typically indicates an issue with Riot Vanguard, which is the anti-cheat system for VALORANT. You've already tried several troubleshooting steps, so here are a couple more you can try: 1. Update Drivers and Windows: Ensure that your graphics drivers and Windows OS are fully updated. Sometimes outdated software can cause compatibility issues. 2. Reinstall Riot Vanguard Manually: - Press Win + R, type services.msc, and stop the vgc service. - Navigate to C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard and delete the entire folder. - Re-launch VALORANT, which should prompt Vanguard to reinstall. 3. Check Antivirus Settings: Your antivirus software might be interfering with Vanguard. Temporarily disable your antivirus or add exceptions for VALORANT and Vanguard. 4. Check Background Processes: Some background applications can conflict with Vanguard. Ensure there are no unnecessary applications running that could interfere. If none of these steps work, consider submitting a support ticket to Riot Games for detailed assistance: Riot Games Support.

Error code: VAN-79... That did nothing!! Although, I did notice that the vgc service is set to manual and does NOT run after system boot.
