I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. A "critical error" message typically points to either a corrupted game file or an issue with the Riot Vanguard. Follow these steps to troubleshoot: 1. Restart VALORANT and the Riot Client: This might resolve simpler issues caused by temporary glitches. 2. Reinstall Riot Vanguard: - Go to "Add or Remove Programs" on Windows. - Uninstall "Riot Vanguard." - Restart your computer. - Launch VALORANT; this will prompt Vanguard to reinstall. 3. Verify Game Files: - Open the Riot Client. - Go to VALORANT in your game library. - Check for any options to verify or repair game files (e.g., a "Repair" button). If the issue persists after these steps, it could be due to third-party software conflicts or deeper system problems. In that case, it might be helpful to submit a ticket to Riot Support for further assistance: Riot Games Support.

okay so for me i had to reinstall my nvidea gpu from their official website (go to their website and press drivers, then find the driver you have and download it and follow the steps) if that doesnt work try launching valorant and let it crash but dont close it, open event viewer on your pc and go to windows logs and then applications, then click on the latest error and it should show the cause. try deleting the app it shows is holding u back from playing, if u cant find it i recommend copying the .dll file name and looking it up on google to see what the problem could be. 🙂
