If a finite limit is in 0/0 form, the numerator = 0, so can we say if finite limit is infinite/infinite, then the numerator also zero?

If the limit exists finitely, and one of num or denom approaches 0,then the other must also.
Comrade Rock Astley
Similarly if one of the num or denom approaches inf, the other must also be inf if that's what you're asking
