Gaming Mode is crashing?

Long story short, game mode is crashing, leaving me stuck on the desktop. Steam also automatically signs me out when I reload it. My RX 580 GPU could be the issue so I updated Steam but the issue still happens. If you need me to post any kind of logs do let me know. I am new to linux and the reason why im using Bazzite is because I built this PC and I want to use it as a Steam Machine custom made console.

Amd Ryzen 5 5500
32 GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 580
1 TB storage
One thing i am thinking is re installing Bazzite to see if that fixes it and mabye something went wrong during installation

(seems like i decided to build this project at the worst possbile time)
nah its been an issue since fedora 40 released, we just recently found a workaround. however make sure you have a controller paired and working in steam before you update.
no keyboard+mouse support in the workaround yet, valve will most likely fix this later.
