Valorant gift card Help

I just bought a 25$ gift card from my local grocery store ( valorant gift card ) and it’s not working idk where to redeem it. It’s just not letting me, I’ve contacted support but do you know any way I can redeem it? I’m on console btw, if u need any more info let me know.

VALORANT gift cards are only redeemable on PC, as VALORANT itself is currently not available on console. Ensure you are trying to redeem the gift card via the PC version of VALORANT. To redeem your gift card on PC, open the VALORANT game client, go to the Store tab, and click on the "Prepaid Cards & Codes" option. Enter the code and click "Submit". If the issue persists, wait for a response from Riot Support for further assistance.
